Very well packed, it comes with cold packs although small and they were warm already, this is not a big issue as this is cured product. FedEx shipping was very fast, from Martinelli in NY.The advertised “aprox 16 lbs” is very optimistic. The one I received was 14.89lbs. Also the ageing is one month short of the expected 16 months.Presentation is good, vacuum packed with a decorative net. Ham is firm but not hard, great texture and flavor.
