Annual Ritual Changing Summer Tires with Winter Tires Easier Than Ever!!
Powerbuilt's 2-ton floor jack is a huge improvement over my 3-ton jack which I have been using for the last 10 years plus. Each Fall I annually change out a set of four summer wheels (rim mounted tires) with my set of four winter tires and reverse the wheel set swap again in the Spring. This Fall's swap, with the Powerbuilt floor jack was faster, easier, with more stability, and with better maneuverability (as stated on their web site) than with my old, but trusty, 3-ton jack hands down! I timed this years wheel set swap to be just shy of 30 minutes with everything propositioned. If I had known the difference using Powerbuilt would make to this chore, I would have purchased a Powerbuilt jack year's ago. Bottom line, the Powerbuilt 2-ton jack purchase was made with my safety the main priority! Excellence product, excellent purchase, would buy it again!!

Why Pay More In A Store
The height is the same as a 2 ton floor jack available anywhere, however, the stability is far, far better than and rolling floor jack. I used the jack to pull the transfer case and transmission from a 4x4 Silverado with only a leveling kit on board, while the truck was sitting on all four wheels. Smooth, easy operation

Jack for my Spyder
I bought it for my Spyder and it worked well. It was just a bit high for the bike. But that's a me problem. The jack seems really well made and picked the bike up no problem.

Really nice floor jack
I received this floor jack and put it straight to work. Before I bought this one I was using those little floor jacks you can buy because I don't have a lot of space in the shed. So when that one bit the dust and I found this one that has a smaller foot print than an average floor jack I jumped all over it. The jack is very responsive when jacking the car up and down, especially down it seems that you always end up dropping the car down when letting the jack down. This one is quite smooth. I like the added bar for making it a jack stand as well, but admittedly use it as a safety precaution. It did flex a little bit when the weight of the car is on it so I still use my jack stands, but it's always great to have another way to protect yourself when under a 2000 lb drop weight. I didn't try to jack my motorcycle up with but I am sure it would do it fine although the platform seems a little undersized for some bigger street bikes. All in all I am very pleased and would buy again unless it malfunctions in the next few years. But the way it looks built I should be using this for a long time.

Jammed on first use, TERRIBLE customer service
For the price, I'm VERY disappointed in my experience with the Triple Lift 4000. I'm sure there are pricier options out there, but there are definitely cheaper ones as well and figured this would be a much appreciated addition to my garage of decent quality. Wrong on all accounts Short Story: The lift jammed up after its FIRST practical use having owned it for a few weeks (first time actually using it to lift my bike). The handle will not turn counter-clockwise to loosen and the lift will not lower, it is stuck in the raised position. Saw another review complaining of this same issue though they got a year of use first. Had to heft my bike off of the lift to get it down (thankfully it is a light dual sport). Several emails to customer service and unreturned voicemails to customer support over the span of a month - the company has been worthless in resolving the issue Long Story: Purchased the Triple Lift to knock out several projects on my Yamaha XT550, a few involving the front end. In function, a lift like this is great and I found the bike very stable and easy to move around the garage once it was ratchet strapped down. When the jack first came, I tested it out and it moved up and down as expected - no different than any other floor jack I've used. Once I lifted the bike up on the jack I placed the included metal safety rod to lock the lift in place and I lowered the jack slightly down so that it would rest the weight of everything on the metal rod. Worked on the bike over two weeks, loved having the bike elevated and in a neutral position - definitely nicer than bending over to get at things. Once the projects were done I tightened the handle (clockwise), raised the bike up an inch or so to remove the metal safety rod, started to turn the handle counter-clockwise to lower everything and....nothing. The handle would not turn and the bike was stuck up in the air! Thankfully my bike is under 350 lbs and I was able to heft it off the stand even in an elevated position - if I'd been using this to lift a car up or a much heavier motorcycle, would have been a real headache. Reached out to the company by email and waited a few days, received a response that the message was being forwarded to customer support....and then nothing. I followed up directly to the provided customer support email as well. Nothing still. Called the support phone line that goes directly to voicemail, left messages, nothing. No response. All of these communication attempts have been over the span of a month now, and not a word. In the end I was able to return the lift to Amazon minus a restocking fee, thankfully the return was allowed beyond the typical time window due to how unhelpful Powerbuilt has been. I'll definitely be looking at similar lift options from other companies in the future as the overall function made working on my bike great, but I find the entire experience overall inexcusable and would warn away anyone else considering this brand

A freaking Tank!!!
All I can say is wow! I am very impressed with this jack. At first when the jack arrived in the box at my home one of the wheels have broke threw the bottom. So I was like, well here we go the thing is damaged before I can even use it. So I opened the box and I was just like wow, this thing if a freaking tank! Believe you me that the pictures do not do this thing any justice. I just starred at it for like a few minutes in awe it was so big. So I took it out of the box to inspect for any damage and I must say that this thing is built solid. No damage to the exposed wheel what so ever. Also this jack is extremely heavy so take your time. Well I just used this jack to lift my SUV to change the oil and I must say DAMN! Not only did this jack lift the front passenger side with ease. It also lifted the rear passenger tire of the ground also, once again DAMN! I did not notice that the rear tire was off the ground until I double checked if the tire chocks where still in place which they where, but the tire was not. Now all I can say is WOW I have never owned a jack that did this at all. I am very impressed. If you are on the fence about this purchase. If you where to ask me, I will tell you to pull the trigger on this one you will not be disappointed, I surely was not. Good Luck.

Works Great
Changed wheels on a Chrysler 300 yesterday, it lifted the car easily and with fewer pumps than with a smaller regular hydraulic jack that I've been using for years. Much more stable than the regular smaller ones. I didn't get to use it on my motorcycles yet, which is the reason I bought it, but should lift a Road King & Heritage Softail with ease also. The rubber pad for lifting cars/trucks ensures no marks on jack points for autos. Very pleased!!!
