I've been using this stuff for over two years now. I started in my late 20's. Of course it's not immediate results, but from the research I've done, this stuff seems to be the most pure and potent. I put Hyaluronic Acid on my skin, but I know it helps to also take the supplement. Who knows what I would look like without it, but I will say that I'm 30 and people think I'm 23. Whatever I'm doing is clearly working, so I will always take this.

I just got these so I have only taken them for 3 days. I will update. What I do want to say is never never take without food. I took 1 the first day, 2 the second day and back to 1 on the third day. All 3 days I had the back door trots (an old saying). Will continue to take and see if my system gets accustomed to them or if they help woth my shoulder pain at all. I have my doubts.Ok, they actually have helped my joints feel better but here is What I have since found out since I started taking them. Another review on here someone said something about cancer. If you look up on Wikipedia about this supplement you will find that This supplement Can contribute significantly to cell proliferation And migration and is involved in the progression of malignant tumors. So what if you didn’t know if you had a malignant tumor. You would be feeding it and I’m not willing to take that chance. There are actually many supplements like DHEA that can also speed in the progression of malignancies. I have had an atypical tumor in my breast which I had removed and my husband also had a malignancy on his back so even though we don’t have those now does not mean we might not be feeding it if we take these. I’m sure the product is great for some things as I have not had an issue with dry eyes since I started taking it but not willing to chance it.

When I first purchased this item, I was desperately looking for something for my aching knees. I could have hardly walked up my steps. I could no longer wear heels. dancing was a problem as my right knee would swell. I am not finished using the bottle and I can now wear shoes with heels, though the modest ones. I can dance again, but I don't over work my joints. Shockingly, my entire body feels stronger. In addition, I had brittle nails and often wondered why my nails would grow like everyone else! Guess what! My nails are growing wonderfully and they are hard and secure, well polished and maintained Yeepee!!!!! I have come to realize that in taking anything for the bone and joints, you must be patient with yourself or, you will never realize the result you are hoping to achieve. Notice how the capsules are working on your body. If your nails are growing then give your body a chance. For me my finger nails began to grow out before my toe nails. When I observed the process, though I was limping, I realized that the product was affecting my upper body faster and it was just a matter of time before I reaches my toenails and eventually my bones because to me it would take more to realize comfort in my joints in my knees than what was observed with my nails. A product I will recommend to anyone.

Last Friday night, out of nowhere, I got terrible shoulder pain. I could not lift or move my hand AT ALL. The pain was excruciating. Even with the hand perfectly still the pain was at around 6-7 out of 10. I actually thought it must be out of socket. Saturday morning I went to the only open chiropractor in town where I was told it was not out of socket, but I would not totally recover for a few weeks or even months. I happened to have this bottle already in my house. I only took 1 or 2 pills per week in the past bc I noticed I gained "weight" the next day when I take it. Anyhow, I knew it was good for joints so I thought it won't hurt, and maybe help a little. After the first 2 capsules on Sunday, I noticed a little improvement, so I took about 8-10 yesterday. The pain subsided to about 1-2/10 and this morning it's COMPLETELY gone! It's a miracle: I can rotate, and lift my arm to almost all 360 degrees ;) with no discomfort at all. I can put it behind my back as well with no sign of any discomfort. I took manganese as well as a lot of curcumin, but only when I started this I noticed an accelerated healing taking place. I also had terrible knee pain from driving and that it's gone as well. Hopefully, this info may help someone out there ...

Good capsule size, easy to swallow. It's not an instant response in my case, but I assumed it would take days or weeks to kick in. My friend, who turned me onto this, says it's working for her. I'm hopeful and will update on my progress. I'm only giving 3 stars because it's too early to evaluate the medical benefits for my situation, not because there's something wrong. I'd prefer a gelatin capsule, I find them more easy on the body than veg caps and they use mag sterate, so I'm deducting 1 star for those. Hopeful!

I like this brand. It’s a good value and seems to be more supplement than filler. The supplement was effective and I will buy again.
