This was straightforward to install and so far seems very sturdy even when both machines are in use

Bad experience
Horrible quality bent out of the box and impossible to assemble. It is not new. The instructions might as well be in another language. Avoid!

Been in place for months and not failed yet!
Once I put the rack in place and put the strap over it, the washer and dryer haven't budged.

Not a universal stacker as described
The stacker is not fit for purpose. I am not able to use it it didn’t fit my new washing machine and dryer
