Fabric sheathed knives are a lot better for spearfishing in my experience. The fabric adds a bit of friction which stops the knife from falling out if you bump the button loose. I lost a 30 dollar plastic case knife because I ended up bumping the release button on a rock. The biggest advantage of this knife for me is that it can be fitted to your dive belt which means it’s always accessible. The thickness of the blade is pretty significant which can make braining or bleeding fish somewhat difficult, make sure you have a good sharpening stone or alternative available to keep the knife tip in good condition. This knife is also pretty good for tearing into coconuts since it is one solid piece of thick steel. Overall 8/10. Extremely versatile but with a few inevitable limitations.

Cheap garbage
The first photo is what I ordered, the second photo is what I got. Missing multiple pieces, and what did come was dollar store plastic in a cheap thin white box. Do not recommend

Knife good the straps for your leg/arm Dnt work they un attach.!! Not safe
