TPE Foam Knee Pad

I bought this because my workouts often require pushups-which I do on my knees. I don’t have much cartilage left in my knees and having this mat enables me to continue to do pushups because I can’t do them without it to protect my knees. It is comfortable, lightweight and easy to grab quickly when transitioning during my workouts. It’s the perfect size and has held up after frequent use several days a week since I purchased it months ago.
