This developer (is akin to poroxide), is made to be used with the Matrix permenant Hair dyes. It's more gentle on your skin than peroxide which should be benificial to your facial skin. Martix products stop developing after 45mins but peroxide keeps going, until the hair snaps! There are male products for lightening your beard. I would suggest looking up Goggle or YouTube on the subject because like dying your head hair at home it's always a gamble. Or visit a proffesional barber.

No, do not mix with bleach! The Matrix developer should be used with Matrix Hair colourants, or possibly other commercial colourant makes.
