what color are the bristles? thank you

The tip of the brush is white for about 1/4 inch, then the top part is sort of a brownish tone (like a light brunette if it were hair color). It's VERY soft.

Is a "stiff" type brush correct for normal interior "knock down " textured sheetrock wall?

The brush holds a lot of paint so it works pretty well on textured surfaces.

How many brushes per pack? The brushes are $11.88 individually, but are $36.95 for 2 packs, so how many brushes will I get of I order the 2 packs?

Just two. I've seen this before on Amazon where it's less expensive to purchase one item.

The company started in Portland Oregon, but they been made ,in Cleveland Ohio, they very well made good quality, my husband and I used for time to time, little expensive, but is worthy, u don't regret.
