Discreet, Reliable, and Life-Enhancing
Discreet, Reliable, and Life-EnhancingThis is my third time purchasing these, and I can honestly say they’ve given me a level of comfort and freedom I didn’t think was possible with this kind of issue. What used to be a source of daily anxiety and embarrassment is now something I can manage with confidence and DIGNITY. I feel more secure going out to dinner, spending time with friends and family, and even inviting people into my home—things I had quietly started avoiding. They may look long at first glance, but they’re remarkably comfortable—especially compared to traditional pads. The design is thoughtfully narrow where it should be and wider where you need it, making them both effective and discreet. Most of the time, I forget I’m even wearing one.I trust these more than I trust any solution my doctor has offered so far, and that’s saying something. I plan to set up a subscription because they’ve become essential to my daily life. Finding them felt like a real turning point. If you have the option, I highly recommend getting the version that includes the carrying case. It keeps everything neatly in place and prevents the adhesive from coming undone in your bag. My only wish is that the outer packaging was more discreet—but that’s a small price to pay for the peace of mind these offer.I’m truly grateful for this product. It has made a meaningful difference in my quality of life.

Very good pad, fits properly
For those with Colitis, Chron’s disease or other fecal inconvenience reasons, we know how embarrassing it can be. These pads are great for my flare ups! They offer great protection and fit comfortably. They work better than regular pads by covering the correct area. They stay in place and do not move. I had rather wear these over a diaper anyway!I’m so glad I found these and will purchase again.I did not receive any incentives for my 5 star review. I just happened across them in my search for a decent pad during my flare up and found these. They do give me better security when I absolutely have to leave the house on those days!

Exactly What I Needed But the Price is A Real Drag
I've been using period-specific pads for a hot minute, but these liners do exactly what I need whereas period liners just can't. The adhesive is strong, the shape fits the gusset in my underpants perfectly, and unlike period products, these truly do wick away all wetness and the top layer stays dry for a LONG time. It is are very thin, so I don't feel it. It doesn't have "wings" or a plastic "hem" like pads, which irritate my skin and make me very sweaty... like I need that mishigas down there right now. Just like everyone else, my *only* complaint is the price. It is SALTY. But how much moolah have I wasted on ~urinary~ pads/underwear that sorta-kinda didn't help very much That's how I justify the price but honestly it doesn't matter how much they are because they are exactly what I needed. That ringing endorsement is in no way an invitation to *raise* your price though, so don'tgetany smart ideas like makin' em more expensive, mmm'kay? Just to be clear, I'd have given 5* but for the price. This product deserves 5*.If all this sounds like you and you can afford them, these protectors are what you want.

comfort, relief, white tidy whities
Writing this after the first ride. As a guy, the thought of using a "pad" feels wrong. The guy thing is probably the reason I need something like this in the first place. I didn't want a doctor poking around down there. Maybe, it was the vigorous wiping I was doing after a bowel movement. The inflammation resulted in very light leakage that I noticed on laundry day. I started to use a paper towel as a liner. The lumberjack on the advertising and label must be code for men's liners, right? Nope. Those irritating wood fibers only kept the symptoms going. Even though the paper towels kept the undies clean, they did not help the healing and, arguably, made the condition worse. The Clean Seat Undie Protectors came up after I threw some search terms in the Amazon app. A little pricey. The box came in a bag that looked like it crawled out of a sewer, but the box and contents were undamaged. The difference between these and paper towels is night and day. First. the protectors are absolutely comfortable. I was worried there would be shifting or crumpling/folding, but they are staying put. The adhesive backing works. I was concerned they would be stiff, but they are comfortable. No irritation. No dampness. It has been a long time feeling this comfortable sitting and walking around.Again, they're pricey, but I will keep buying them to help me heal. I'll also keep a reserve supply in case symptoms return or for long road trips.I'm surprised they don't carry these at stores. Are other guys okay putting those stains in their briefs? Do they use paper towels like I did? I'm glad I found this product on Amazon. I may shop around for something cheaper, but I am happy to reorder these. What relief!

Perfect pad
These are the perfect thing to use following a hemorrhoidectomy. I tried the Depend for men pads before I found this. The Depend Maximum pads are too thick and uncomfortable. The Depend Light pads for some reason are made smaller so they don't cover the area sufficiently. I wasn't going to even try to look at women's pads, they are always scented. I looked at the butterfly style pads and all I could think is, it's the 21st century and this is the best we can come up with? But then doom scrolling on Amazon I came across these. They were exactly what I was looking for. Thin and light, but still provides sufficient absorption. But most importantly, they are the perfect size.
