I recently bought an Rtic insulated cup to keep ice water cold in the car as I drive around to do patient visits. I kept bumping the top of the straw with my arm while driving, and I decided that I needed something to cover the straw to keep it clean and keep dust/pollen/whatever out! I liked the functionality and the color choices of this option. These are perfect for my new cup and keeping my ice water clean and fresh.

This stopper fits fat soft straw that came with my hydro flask. I washed it and lightly dried it and it slipped easily onto the straw. I love having this stopper because now if there is a fly in the car or my big dog is riding with me my drink is protected

The of the reasons I chose these toppers was that they had the internal plug. I’m so glad I got these!! Right off the bat I was pleased with the colors. Nice light but not pastel. While the blue isn’t an exact match to my cup it’s close enough. They slip on nicely, not a struggle to get on but the texture means they don’t slip or fall off either. When I first put it on I was a bit worried because it looked like the fit was very loose. In the process of pulling my straw out to get a better look I noticed that water was coming with!! Apparently the seal was so tight that the pressure imbalance kept the liquid in the tube. I included a picture of this phenomenon though it’s a bit hard to see the water level. Note that my cup wasn’t full so that’s why it’s so far down. So the claim that these work with multiple sized straws is very true. I tried the tip test and while part of my cup leaked it wasn’t from the top of my straw but from the rubber gasket in the lid around the base of the straw. Despite how well they seal, I was able to flip it off with the flick of my thumb easily. Holding the straw upside down it doesn’t come off either. Absolutely love these toppers and think for $8 it’s a steal! Highly recommend!!

Great colors and does fit several size straws! I like that the tops are easy to grip. So even hands with arthritis have a mushroom head to grip and lift. Highly functional. Keeps out dust and gnats aka fruit flies.

These straw covers work great for Iron Flask 40 oz tumblers.

Purchased the straw covers and none have broken yet. I think by covering the tip of the straw it helps keep the water cooler for a longer period of time.

love the variety of colours! got a pack for the whole family and they fit great in our 40oz owala straws. helps me feel a little cleaner when i drink. only downside is they are difficult to clean and you have to really get in there, but overall it’s worth the effort. perfectly matches the colour of my owala too!

Fits perfectly on my Owala! I do notice a difference in how long my ice lasts when I put the cap on compared to when it’s off. It’s not completely spill-proof (there’s a small trickle of water if you turn it fully upside down), but to be fair without it, it’s much less spill-proof.
