I love Premium Protein Shakes. Sometimes I make iced coffee and add one of the shakes. The caramel goes great with coffee.

Too expensive and much lower protein. Otherwise it’s the same good stuff as the larger bottles. Poor value for money.

I love adding these to my coffee. They’re small but easy to take with on the go, and they taste great without being too thick or chalky. I’ve drank them on their own before a workout and they help give me a boost before exercise. I do feel like they’re pretty pricey, but it’s worth it. They smell the same way they taste, and this brand is always good quality. They are very milky tasting, so definitely better to add into a coffee or smoothie.
