Im 5'7 205lbs 34 waist, any suggestions on whether the l or xl would fit better? i do mostly bjj and kick boxing

I'm 5'7 220lbs 38 waist. I bought the XL fits great! I still adjust the pull string to be a little bit tighter. But the band is forgiving and with the pull string you could lose weight and I'm sure it would still fit. Go with the large size. Hope this helps!
