Worth every dollar
My husband works outside in all weather conditions. When one really rainy day, his coworker told him about these O'Neill shirts he got for this specific weather condition. So we did the "try before you buy" because its a lot for one shirt. Think of a wetsuit. Wetsuits keep you warm even when you're in cold waters. this helps too with rain! By husband wore this under all his layers, even had rain gear on for the day when that day it was supposed to rain all day long. He said his rain gear only keeps him dry for so long and then its useless because your layers get drenched, heavy and cold too. He raved about this shirt and how it not only kept him warm, but he felt more dry too! Keeping your torso warm when its cold out is crucial. Needless to say we bought it and kept it.True to size. if you're a large and usually get a medium for underlayers, don't. get the large and itll fit you snug like a medium undershirt would. these are true to size.only con; at his armpits where his arm creases, there was chafing. Cant avoid that so we will have to put some tape or gauze of some sort on him before he wears it so he doesn't chaff there with this shirt.

Young athletic cut and very tight
I suppose the idea is that a wetsuit is supposed to not have any pockets of space next to the skin. But the fabric is pretty stiff. So, unless you have a body that exactly matches the suit, it won't fit well. The shape of the Reactor-2 is an inverted triangle. Here are the measurements for the Large:hips - 28"waist - 32"chest - 40"shoulders - hard to say - ~40". Constructed like a t-shirt, so there's no distinction between the shoulders and the arms (and the fabric bunches a lot in the armpits). I will say that it's particularly difficult to take off over the shoulders.crew neck - 16"The sleeves are also inverted triangles, from 12" at the deltoid to 8" at the bicep. There are no cuffs, just tapering fabric. So, if your physique is an inverted triangle with small shoulders and puny biceps, this may be the top for you. Anyone else who still wants to try this should size up 2 sizes. The quality of the construction seems fine (but sleeves and hem are unfinished). I'm concerned that I could rip the fabric trying to take it off, but that's an issue of the fit, not the fabric. A zipper would been helpful. Smells like a new car tire, but that's OK.

INCREDIBLY TOO SMALL
This well made exposure swimming shirt is INCREDIBLY under sized. I bought a XXL ( since I wear a XXL t shirts) and when i received it I was amazed how small it is. I dont think it would fit on my seven year old grandson.

Nice shorty wetsuit top if you find the right size
My husband was looking for something to wear inside a swimming pool while teaching our granddaughter how to swim. Wanted something to keep him a little warmer in a cool pool since he would not be swimming to keep warm. I have seen mixed reviews regarding the sizing. We found the suit definitely fits on the small side. We went by the size chart to begin with and the top was tiny. Returned and ordered the next size. Even that seemed small. Tried XXL and that was too loose under the arms. My husband is 5'8" and around 150lbs. so not large.

Comfortable
Great fit, it's comfortable to wear, warm enough (for colder days in Hawaii). Only down side I'd say would be the t-shirt tan, but it's the price to pay for wearing short sleeves and better paddle-ability.

Good to keep the chill off
Nice layer for early morning spring sessions. Good for water temperature around 65

Warmth provided
We swim year round and my husband needed something to keep his shoulders warm and this does the trick. Well made and good thickness for providing protection from the cold
