Easy to use

This is a decent set for the price. Pepper spray doesn’t last forever so it should be replaced after a while. I like how you can connect it to your key ring but there’s also the option to disconnect it easily from the key ring by depressing the button and sliding it off. It’s easy to turn the cover from open to close, but in a way I don’t like that because if there’s lots of stuff in my purse pressing against it, I’m worried it could push the switch open. So I wish they changed that part.

Well, hopefully I never have to use them. But if I do, I bet they will work. The size is nice so I can just keep it in my purse.

I bought this pepper spray 5 years ago and kept it clipped to my fanny pack for my daily dog walks. Today my shih tzu and I were caught off guard by a drunk young man (in his mid 20's) trying to attack us for no reason. I told him to get away from us as I un-clipped my hot pink pepper spray. He kept aggressively approaching as I showed him my pepper spray and I unlocked the the trigger. He was now within arms length and I sprayed him in the eyes. The spray was a very precise stream and stopped all aggression instantly. I kept spraying untill he was about 12 feet away with pinpoint accuracy (I would have stopped sooner but I had never used this before and didn't know how well it worked) It worked very good! He just stumbled backwards rubbing his face and eyes. No screaming or yelling just completely neutralized the situation... He didn't seem to enjoy it at all! My dog and I continued on our walk and had a very pleasant evening... I don't think that young man could say the same... Now with all that said I would never use this unless I was scared for my safety and their is no doubt in my mind that if I didn't use my pepper spray right then I was going to sustain serious injuries! Very effective product I am purchasing again right after I finish this review... STAY SAFE
