Matter Hub
This is a Matter Hub not a router, so it won't work with Ikea Matter products without a router, but it works with Tuya Matter devices. Like that it has a network port.

Not worth the price
Absolutely not worth it if you plan on adding this to your Home Assistant install. It doesn't expose many entities and is difficult to remove after you've decided it doesn't work for you.
