Had to return item as not fit for my purpose, therefore cannot leave a full review. Agent refunded money

I can get this camera to work on my iPhone 14 and any help would be greatly appreciated. It’s easy to install but as I can’t get it working and it’s not doing what it says

It is not detected by Tuya App in all catergories. I have been using Tuya app with other devices so it is that the peephole camera itself is faulty.I made a request to return it and was approved. I did not realise until this process that I myself have to post it back to China for a refund. A return label was provided by the seller taht I put on the parcel and posted it by recorded delivery back to seller costing £1645. After 3 long months, it was being returned to me due to invalid delivery address which was provided by the seller. Funny enough the seller offer me to keep this faulty camera and refund only 35%, but I argue with him it is a defective item and useless for no points to keep. They refund only full price for the item, but not the postage.

Far too big. Not standard size, very obvious.
