My husband got this for me as a gift and I've loved it. I have on the wall hanging in my dining room with two other pictures on either side of it. I love that you can customize it to turn on and off on a schedule that you choose. I love that you can upload your pictures to it from anywhere as long as it's connected to wifi. It is so easy to use and uploading pictures is so easy. I love the frame style and it's big but not too big. I would definitely buy it again just so I can have another picture slideshow frame around my house. We get compliments all the time when people come over. Everyone loves to see the pictures and always asks about it.

The media could not be loaded. I need a device that would allow me to display my photos with taking up much space on my walls or countertops. The Dragon surpassed my wants and needs! There is the photo album feature, different clocks, a calendar, alarm and the weather. It’s not touch screen, but there is a remote. The picture quality is crisp and beautiful. You can pause on one picture to display just the one you selected or let the slideshow run to show your photo album. You must have a WiFi connection if you want to upload pics from your phone to the device through their app. You can also use an SD card as well to transfer photos. Set up is very easy. You can play music and videos as well as there is sound that you have the option to turn off or on. I took one star off as sometimes the remote lags and freezes the display. I have to turn it off and turn it back on for it to function properly again. Overall great product!

This digital picture frame is beautiful!!-The clarity of the pictures is so nice. The frame is beautiful and elegant. I love that when the screen is off, it has a nice matt finish rather than a super shiny “black screen” look.-The size is amazing. We have it hanging in our kitchen and we can see the pictures to nicely whether we are in the kitchen, living room, or off in the sunroom.-The remote is easy to use.-The set up was easy and straightforward.-There are several ways to upload pictures. I used the app method which allows you to upload 50 at a time.-you can upload music and videos as well!-You can set the screen to turn off when no one is in the room, or have a sleep timer set to conserve energy.-It comes with a stand so you can have it on a shelf or hung on a wall (vertical or landscape view). It does have to be plugged in.This makes a beautiful gift for anyone…or for yourself like I did! I’m so impressed with this frame and highly recommend it!

Cheap, disappointing trash, slideshow speed setting doesn't work (rotates every 30 seconds even when I tell it to rotate every 5 minutes or never) so it's impossible to use for my intended use case of having a photo present for a long time. Lightness adjustment seems to not work at all (auto set to max brightness even when in a bright room). There's no way to crop a photo in the app when uploading, or to manage your photos in the app, you can only "recall" a photo for a brief time after sending, and otherwise need to use the painfully slow remote to remove any photos. I don't understand how this has any positive reviews here.

We love this photo frame! Right after we opened it, we recieved a phone call from the company to make sure we were happy with our purchase! There's even an extended warranty option. We hung it on the wall and used tape to disguise the cord. The pictures are bright and vivid and you can add video, and music. It isnt a touch screen, but that's ok the remote is pretty easy to figure out. I'm still figuring out how to add longer videos, but so far we love it.

This is a Christmas Gift, but we ordered it early. It is a large 21.5 in screen that is full of color and clarity. I had opened the box and set it up to make sure everything is working. While it doesn't hold a ton of storage, 32 gig hard drive on the frame itself and then support up to 64 gig external. The app made it super easy to transfer photos, can have videos and also shares the weather. It is nice that every time photos are uploaded it chimes so you know there are new things to look at. Very excited to gift this to my parents for Christmas.

The manuel is terrible. The software is buggy. The USB-C port doesn't work. The USB port is in a recess that simply mechanically makes it difficult to fit my USB stick into- thoughtless design. BUT once I figured out how to load my images, it's a very good display and is now rolling through my photos. I don't like that all the choices for the slideshow to transition between photos include big motions - pictures sliding across the screen. It is much less distracting if the next photo just dissolves rapidly into the next one. The border around images that don't fill the screen should be black not greyed out, blurs of the border of the image displayed - it washes out the image, it doesn't set off the images.
