Intel® Core™ i5-14400F Desktop Processor 10 cores (6 P-cores + 4 E-cores) up to 4.7 GHz

Good cpu only issue received with the factory seal opened so wasn’t sure if been used hard to tell but working wanted to send back as don’t like buying new and get something that’s been opened

After building my two Daughters some budget gaming pc's I decided to build myself one. The last one I built for myself was a i5 760 about 15years ago. I did initially buy the i3 14400f processor but I was quiet disappointed with the performance in comparison to a i5 9500f system in my daughters pc. I returned the i3 and purchased the i5 14400f and the difference was night and day. This was on amazon for a great price roughly £110, the processor had 10 cores and runs great on every game I have played so far. I run a rtx 2070 super with it and play at 1080p and always get over 60fps on max settings on all the latest games. I didn't bother with the stock cooler and use a thermalright aio which keeps the temps always below 60°c whilst gaming. These are great temperatures but I can't comment on the original cooler. If you are after a simple no thrills cpu at a great price then this is hard to beat. I know intel has had their fair share of issues with the 13th and 14th gen cpus and only time will tell but I have updated my bios to the latest software so hopefully all issues are resolved.

I have two of these for the kids with Gigabyte B760M boards and they are really fast for general use. I didn’t use the included cooler but I have no doubt it would be fine. (I bought a SE-214-XT cooler and it is quiet and effective, 120mm fan).

This is one of the best budget CPUs on the market right now… It has an amazing clock speed that goes as high as 4.7ghz meaning you will get the best performance out of your softwares or games running on your computer. It also supports DDR5 ram which can go up to speeds as high as 6000MT/s. This cpu also has 10 cores which is extremely great for multi tasking but you must remember that you need a dedicated graphics card pared with this to get a display. It was extremely easy to install as it is a LGA1700 and I had no maintenance troubles after it. The temperature for this cpu is soo low that you don’t need to worry about installing extra fans as it can control its temperature just right. Finally, when it comes to power usage, with the most extreme games i’ve played, it doesn’t go as high as 70w making it very power efficient while maintaining good performance

I'm giving this four stars because I'm sure it's a great product but I've ordered the same thing twice and both times the package ended up getting "lost". In one case it got "lost" twice. I use the quotes because I'm not entirely confident that the supplier ever actually shipped it out in at least one case, and it's suspicious that the same item would fail to arrive (effectively) three times. Yes, I know I'm not actually reviewing the product but I'm writing this to point out that you need to take careful note of the actual supplier and make sure that somebody reputable is sending it. If you want a review of the actual product, you'll need to look elsewhere. The 14400F probably would have been all I needed for my 4700 Super system, but I ended up with a 14600K as it was pretty much all I could get at that point. Looking back on things, I probably wouldn't have gone with Intel at all given price/performance but this processor is unlikely to be a system bottleneck until you're up into 4090 or 5080 territory.

Habe die CPU gekauft um ein klein wenig mehr Performance zu bekommen, ich war recht zufrieden mit dem PC. Aber mittlerweile überlege ich den Rückbau zur alten CPU da mit der neue CPU recht viele Probleme aufgetaucht sind. Treibercrash der mich dazu brachte Windows neu zu installieren, Freeze, Bluescreens hab ich nu regelmäßig. Spiele die abstürzen. Ich weiß nicht mehr weiter.. Absolut unzufrieden.. Edit: Mein altes System was ich aufrüsten wollte funktioniert nicht mehr richtig, die Arbeitsspeicher sind wegen der CPU Kaputt gegangen. Habe ständig Freeze und Bluescreens wegen den ram.. CPU ist zurück geschickt und Geld habe ich wieder bekommen... Vielen Dank.

Entrega rapida, chegou em perfeito estado. Uma dica: a ventoinha que vem junto ja possui uma pasta termica aplicada, NÃO contem com ela! Invistam em uma pasta termica melhor e se possivel um water cooler. Com a pasta termica original processador chega a 100º graus, o que não é indicado. Após a troca da pasta passou a operar a 60º com 100% de uso.

Cumple por ese precio, me mueve mi MSFS muy bien acompañado de 32 de ram y una 3080.
