Perfect fit on my Camry XLE. Installation pretty staight forward, after you strip down the door panel and cables. Works like original.

Lexus LS430 driver's window motor replacement
My 2001 Lexus LS430 driver's window would sometimes go up OK manually or automatically but sometimes would reverse itself and go back down more often when it was hot outside. I tried resets and no help, all other windows worked ok. Took the door panel off and removed regulator and motor. Regulator seemed OK so installed new motor. Thought I had it "clocked" correctly but did not as it would reverse itself using the automatic mode but would go up manually (lightly pulling up on the window switch). So pulled it back out and re clocked: Took the motor off the regulator and plugged in the car's connector and window switch. Pressed down on the switch to activate the auto mode and let go. Let the motor run until it stops. Then pull up on the switch in the manual mode and count six revolutions. Disconnect motor and switch and remount motor on regulator ( I positioned motor on regulator at 9 teeth from the top (more spring tension). Installed motor and regulator and tested before completely installing door panel. Manually ran window down then up all the way. Checked auto function both down and up worked perfectly. Hope that might help someone.

Not working properly
I installed this window motor on my 2005 Toyota Rav4. The fit was perfect, but when I used the automatic up button, the window would close all the way but then go back down halfway. I replaced it with another one I purchased from a different vendor, and it worked perfectly.

Perfect!
Worked great for my 2004 highlander. We will see how it lasts. I'll update this if it burns out too quickly. Great price and so far I'm happy with it. It's so hard to find the complete assembly for the driver's side on these. Note that this also allowed the "auto" function like the OEM one.
