Amazom wont let me tell you WHY I love these tiny pills. I follow the directions on the bottles -take 5 capsules a day. $0 day supply per bottle. Pine nut oil with Omegas 6,7 & 9 fatty acids as a dietary supplement are good for MY digestion.

Small softgels easy to take
Good pine nut oil softgels. I like that the pine nuts are extra virgin, unrefined and cold pressed. There are no fillers or artificial ingredients. The softgels are small and super easy to swallow. I'm not so crazy about taking 5 softgels a day. This supplement appears to be good. There are 200 softgels so if you're taking5 a day, this will last about 1 1/2 months.
