For what I needed this for, it works great. I set this up for my Zwift riding and it hasn't let me down at all. So, if you're looking for a cheap zwift bike, this is it. It's probably functional for the road, too. But, I can't speak on that from experience.

Not bad for the price, and for being a random bike off of Amazon. Had to build the bike which isn't hard, but if you're not familiar with what you are doing, you should take it into a bike shop and have someone put it together for you and to tighten everything. True to sizing. Not as lightweight as other road bikes I've had but it's not heavy by any means. The handles are a little odd but handles are easy to replace.

I just started cycling. First it had a clicking sound with the chain or something. Just change to low gear and it works fine.

Can't adjust the seat to swivel forward, never had a bike that won't adjust so it is uncomfortable and can't lean forward. Good for beginner road bike. Overpriced in this regard. I have ridden this bike for a year with no issues. All nuts and screws are rusty and it is kept inside.

I have mixed feelings about this bike. The first order was a broken box and missing parts. I returned it to Amazon and order another. I finished assembling and today March 9, 2026 finally rode the bike. The ride is hard and the (saddle) seat is pure metal (no padding of any kind). I am sore. I also ordered the small frame since I am a short guy, but still I am finding it a challenge with the brake handle size. The brakes handles are so big (I thought that the smaller frame would mean getting also smaller size break handles). I AM SORE on my first ride. The (saddle) seat is HORRENDOUS mostly small metal with no padding. I also address the BIG brake handles on a small frame bike. I ended up emailing since there is no customer service number so I am awaiting to hear from the company. After the first email, I was asked to email pictures to the company that has no customer service number. I did email back the pictures. The latest is an apology that the brakes are one size fits all. Smaller size frame gets the same brake handles as a large size frame since it is one size fits all (huge brake handles). The seat is chosen by the company basically without regards to comfort. The company did not address my safety concerns at all as per the emails that I now have other than an apology. No offer for a refund was made by the company. It is obvious a lack of customer service or even safety concern of its customers. After all this frustration, I called Amazon Customer Service and the bike as well as parts that I bought for the bike are being process for a return.

Great beginner road bike, I’ve had it for over a year now and have done two triathlons with it. I couldn’t put it together myself for fear I would mess up the breaks, but my local bike shop had no problem. My only trouble with this bike is the gears, they change fine but it’s a little sketchy sometimes - they clunk, and catch sometimes a few moments later. For the price is definitely worth it - especially for beginners. I’ve ridden over 150 miles on it.
