Slides up a lot

Doesn't sit well while running
It is useful for long runs but it moves around, specially when the water and other items that I carry at the beginning reduces in weight towards the middle or end of the run. Also, there's only so much you can carry, with only two conveniently located pockets in front. But for light-weight long runs it's a useful product
