Good product!
The company kept good communication. My shipment was on time even though the company was concerned about weather and fires. It says two people needed to put together, however I did it on my own. Once you get the sides connected to the bottom it is easy after that. I just used a chair to help balance the first side. It did take me 4 hrs to get it together.Instructions are all pictures so if you need writen instructions this is probably not for you.It is well built and sturdy, course I have mini doxies, but I would put a larger dog in it and feel good. The divider can be left out.The floor pans go under neither the unit. The floor has holes for any liquids to go through but I put a pee pad down as I don't want to try and clean any poop out of those holes. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and I feel I got a good deal for the price.

Love It! Use for 2 GSD
Awesome quality and look. I’ve got two German shepherd 6 month old dogs and use this while we eat or are working and the dogs go in without issue, they aren’t cramped at all, and looks great in the house. Our pups love to be together so we do not use the center insert. Honestly I’m tempted to order a 2nd one for our upstairs. I much prefer this over the small travel crates and cannot use just gates or open pens as our dogs just jump over or knock down. They do not cry once in there and just are content sleeping or going in and resting when the doors are open even. Great purchase and no regrets.

Wood is weak
Cages are great other than the tiny screws they use for the wooden doors. Took our English Bulldog three days to have broken through both wooden doors. Had to buy sheet metal and screws to cover the holes. Other than that we love the cage

While the cage is great...screws are too short
Love the cage. Perfect size for our spoiled chocolate lab to stretch out. But.....she blew right thru the little wooden door. The screws were very short and after locking her in, were surprised to see her waiting for us on the front porch. She is strong, but I would have thought the cage would have been more secure. It is for big dogs. It was an easy fix though. We just made thru holes and longer screws with nuts and bolts to the outside. That put an end to our escape artist. Might want to look into this fix.

Great kennel
Love the kennel, there are super small screws for the lift up doors. I have Pomeranians so should not be a problem but if they do I will just cut a sheet of plywood and make wood replacements.

SINGLE GIRLBOSSES, READ BEFORE BUYING
Hi,I was scared to buy this product due to the lack of abundant reviews, however, I was pleasantly surprised. All of the reviews that say to not even try putting it together by yourself, don't listen to them. I live alone and put it together myself. It is difficult and you have to PAY ATTENTION to the direction of each panel. After about 3 hours and sore fingers, I was able to put it together and my dog loves it. The locks are very sturdy despite what some of the other reviews say, and despite the instruction manual being only pictures, it is enough to know what you are doing. Highly recommend this classy piece for your home.

Directions suck.
This product look very nice, however the directions suck and the holes are not fabricated correctly. Pain in the ass to put together.

Amazing, but...
Purchased December 2024.First the good: This is an excellent dog crate. Very sturdy. High quality. It really does seem like a piece of furniture. Now the bad: I'm 60 years old. Throughout my life I've assembled countless things...bikes, furniture, etc. The assembly instructions for this dog crate set a new standard for how bad instructions can be. All pics and no words. That doesn't bother me. The problem is that the pics don't tell what is up or down, front or back. left or right. You only find out when you're about 6 steps down the road and realize you put a part on wrong. Now you have to undue it and rebuild it. Fix this and my rating goes to 5 stars.
