the microphone has a muffled audio output, and one of the mic's button got stuck.
title says everything. also, the charging case keeps on charging the items inside, despite it not being used. the moment I removed the film covering the contacts, the charging indicator on the case is illuminated and charges the pieces inside. returned for a refund
