I hope the seller reads this and amends their listing as they have vegan / vegetarian in the product specifications, however they list ingredients as containing shellfish, eggs, etc.

Anti-inflammatory, healthy supplement, we stir it into our porage.
It is really good to have strong anti-inflammatories like grapseed extract. If I needed a topical anti-inflammatory, I would use as a poultice. I usually have this mixed into porage made from 2/3 water and 1/3 milk, coconut oil, himalayan salt and honey. It seems to prevent or minimise headaches, it also helps to reduce an elderly family member's arthritis.

Product arrived promptly. Is a good texture. Everyone knows it tastes horrible if taken alone but mixed in a smoothie it's fine. I'd definitely recommend it. I'll buy again.
