Pleasantly surprised!
Who knew sitting on your couch, remodeling a home, taking out trash, tearing down walls, painting, rewiring electrical outlets could be so much fun. I love it. I’m old and broke down so, I can remodel, virtually.

Beware of poor handling!
My package came badly damaged with a broken case but the game disc survived and was okay. If you have a spare PS5 game case keep it handy - I was sad I didn’t. If you’ve played the first one know this game feels almost like a completely different game, to the point where I researched if it was even the same developer. It’s very fun but almost overwhelmingly different and takes some adjusting too.

The graphics, which might be passable on a PC, look subpar on a PS5, with frequent frame rate drops and poor textures. Additionally, the user interface is poorly optimized for console play, with tiny text and menus that are hard to navigate with a controller. Overall, House Flipper 2 feels like a rushed port that fails to take advantage of the PS5's capabilities, leading to a disappointing and frustrating gaming experience.
