Interested to give it a good go
I have heard good things about this herb (well, rather the fruit it is derived from), and I am taking it as it is also high in vitamin C and Magnesium, and supposed to be a good antioxidant. Time will tell, as with anything. At first glance, easy to take and no side effects to report.

Taking for metabolism benefits. Improvement in digestive health is noticeablee
Haritaki is a wonderful herb, full of vitamins, amino acids and flavonoids, it is also a good source of magnesium. It is often referred to as a “life-giving” herb. I like it because of the digestive benefits and how it helps the metabolism. I have had a complete change of lifestyle since being told I was prediabetic and now want to reverse that before my next tests, these haritaki capsules should help. I find them easy to swallow and get no after taste. I won’t know my results for another 10 weeks or so, so it is too early to tell if my blood sugar levels are down, but I do see an improvement in my digestive health.
