Worked perfectly for my 80" wide free standing indoor dog barrier. Be sure to measure that the opening of the support will easily accommodate the depth of your fencing panels, the difference needs to be no more than 1/4 ".

Didn’t fit with the gate it was promoted to buy with

I bought this to hold my dog’s gate in place, and it works great. Now she can’t move the gate anymore.

These cannot hold up the lightest of fences unless it was maybe 1 foot tall. Useless.

I have a pet gate in a wide archway between rooms in my house. The pet gate has two extension panels and the dog figured out that she could move the gate if she pushed on the area where the extension panels are. When I saw these supports, I thought I would try them and hopefully eliminate the problem. Thankfully, it did. The panels fit well into the slots in the supports and the supports stop the dog from being able to move the gate. They are fairly sturdy, although they are not finished very well - their surfaces are rough so dust and pet hair collects on them, but that is not a huge deal - just something to be aware of if they are being used in a visible area.
