The media could not be loaded. I didn't even consider a screen protector for my Remarkable 2! I saw this on Amazon and ordered it immediately. I carry my Remarkable 2 around everywhere and hadn't considered that it could get damaged with just the wrong move or drop. The screen protector goes on like it would on a cell phone. Super easy. It comes with a lint free cloth and a few alcohol pads and guiding stickers. I was able to get rid of the bubbles that appeared after adhesion by using the credit card like cardboard that came with the kit. I feel a whole lot better knowing that my Remarkable is protected.

If you are looking for a non-glare screen protector for your Remarkable 2, this is not it. Yes, it has a matte texture but there is more light reflection with it on versus without the screen protector. I had no issues with bubbling while applying it on with the exception of minor air pockets underneath but I suspect that’s because the texture of the original screen isn’t smooth and shiny. I ended up using extra Supershieldz anti-glare laptop screen protectors I already had. I just had to measure and cut it to the exact size for my device. Again, no issues with bubbling if you’re meticulous with the application and it still writes fine with the remarkable stylus.

First of all, keep in mind this is a larger and more flexible sheet than a phone protector. So installation just won’t be as easy. That said, this was especially frustrating. The instructions are pictorial, with no secret techniques shared. And the actual cut dimensions are just not quite right. I had excessive bubbling on first one. Chalked that up to “practice”. On the second sheet/try I had better install success but it just was a little “off”. For, writing experience, etc. I’d rather not use than use this. Have a better red product on way and hoping for better results.

I have had screen protectors on every device I have ever owned. This one wins the top award for worst ever. My recommendation would be to purchase elsewhere. After extremely careful application, following all instructions and in a dust free environment, the amount of air bubbles that would not come out was unbelievable. Tried with both that came in the package. Straight off and to the garbage. The package delivered was warped, more then likely due to shipping, looked like a crescent moon, that might not have helped.

I’ve had screen protectors for my reMarkable 2 for a while, however, most of them are really slick and makes you lose the sensation you’re writing on paper. And have a glossy of finish makes the tablet lose its e-ink display. This is not the case with this protector since it makes your tablet still feel like paper and protecting it from scratches I know most of you must say why should I use a protector that mimics the screen well, in case I do have a three year old son who likes to, draw in my tablet and I don’t want to have scratches and I don’t want my son to feel bad if he scratches my tablet. That being said it’s a great product for great price and it helps protect one of the go to gadgets. I have at the moment .

The sides started losing its adhesive property after 1week! I replaced the first one with the second one, and it happened again! I had to switch to a different brand.
