Must have products for anxious fish keepers, it is great device it has three functions so it is very cost effective 1) digital thermometer 2) temp low and high alarm system 3) power on and off functions to regulate the temperature It has two port one for heater and one for cooler. I am using this device and my stress level about malfunctioning the heater or boiling my aquarium is zero. This is very good either you use high end or low end heater. But can plug only one heater.

Sometimes it malfunctions. The heating pad won't receive power sometimes, also it would not cut off power automatically, and temperature will keep on riding. Had to contact manufacturer

There is a universal manufacturing defect in the mould of its heating socket as the holes have size variations so if you’re planning to use the regular plug, just make sure you have and alternative plug to make it of use. Otherwise it’s very good article, accurate in temperature, user friendly.
