Product is a little leaky between filters and pump isn’t very efficient. My family and I used it quite a bit and no one got sick. Definitely worth buying, just wish my water didn’t pour out of leaking seals.

All of the gravity and straw pieces work together well, but the pump outflow doesn't have the proper connecting piece. The outflow should have a male connector with two little nubs that allow the out+28 cap to attach with the clean water hose. Instead, the outflow section is just a larger circle with no ability to connect to the other pieces. Two stars because I should be able to get the gravity filter and straw working still, but my main intention was to use this filter as a pump.Edit:Changed to 5 stars because the customer service representatives helped me get a new replacement pump and now everything works great. This water filter does everything I need it to do.Second edit:Absolutely terrible product. After using it in the field once all the filters backed up to have no flow whatsoever. I used relatively clean water and it should have lasted way longer. The gravity filter started at a rate of ~100 mL per minute and after 2 Liters of water it slowed to a drip that took an entire night to finish a third bottle. I got the pump to work once, and it was incredibly sub par. The pump had moments where only air would flow through despite the intake hose being in the water, then on my second trip the pump stopped working all together. The water bottle and the MUV 3 filter worked once for 20oz of water, and the second time I filled the bottle up it was incredibly hard to pull through the straw. I am incredibly disappointed in this purchase and would love to get a refund but since I've had the product for a few months I doubt I'll be able to. I am an avid camper and have used many different types of filters and I can say this is hands down the worst one available. If you're thinking of buying this, DONT.

The filters work but the hollow fiber muv 2 filter slowed way down after less than 1 gallon of tap water I used for testing. And I didn't see any way to backflush the filter with all the parts supplied. The pump spits out mostly air when I used, and forget about using all 3 filters with the pump, it doesn't have a good enough vacuum to suck water through. And it seems the pump may have a design flaw that allows air inside further reducing your vacuum for water. Back to the drawing board for me looking for an all in one solution.

filter on the market for the price, considering you could spend the same amount for another that does half of what this can. No matter the circumstance you have the ability to have clean water, where as most filter restrict you to only be able to pump, filter from a bottle, drink straight from the source, ECT. Also being able to filter viruses by just attaching the nanalum filter if you need that extra protection is something not alot of filters can attest to. This is the best filtration system for the money, hands down.

Seems good so far, although it seemed to have been tampered with during shipping, I think everything was still left in box.

Package arrived looking like someone had been into it, did not receive the mouthpiece to make it a straw, cannot test it because the instructions are confusion. There is instruction on where to go to figure out how to install gasket but I could not bring it up. It would be nice if I had everything that was supposed to be included at least.

This is the best system I have ever used. Worth the money for sure.
