I HAD TO PAY FOR RETURNS.
Item was confirmed faulty by HP, the manufacturer. Still I was made to pay £14.99 for returns. Bad customer service. I will NEVER patronise nor encourage anyone to patronise them. Many companies pay for returns. How can you expect me to pay for returns when the fault was entirely yours? The item was confirmed faulty when I called HP for help in the installation as I was experiencing problems in the installation. Confirmation email from HP was presented to them. Thanks.

La impresora HP OfficeJect Pro 8125e, que la aplicación HP Smart detecta como la 8120e, es lenta y no admite papel de gramaje un poco elevado, como puede ser el que se suele utilizar para realizar diplomas.
