Q: Is this the lemon/salt powder, or is it candy? The description says candy.

NO it is not CANDY. It is intensely concentrated salt and lime flavoring. If you pour it into your mouth, like I did thinking it was candy (as described) you will gag and need to wash your mouth out with water to forego vomiting.

I like to eat Tajin straight for the sour. This is definitely very salty, and I was looking for more sour.

Mine as well. There are artificial colors listed on my bag. I am disappointed as I like the taste but am sensitive to the colors.
