Very Comfortable.
Aside from having the package travel throughout 3 boroughs of NYC once showing "out for delivery " thanks to the incompetency of the postal service, the pillow feels very and comfortable I must say.

I love Milliard products
The reading pillow was exactly what I wanted. It’s comfortable, seems well made and isn’t too large, which I prefer. That said, I noticed they offered additional foam in case a firmer pillow is desired, so I asked for some. All I had to do was send a copy of my purchase receipt and I received a generous amount of additional foam to put inside the pillow.I use this pillow daily as extra back support. Also, I’ve purchased other Milliard products in the past and I’ve always been happy with them. As a result, when I’m looking for pillows or mattresses, Milliard products are always the first ones I look at.
