I have an American staffie and those familiar with the breed know that they’re super energetic playful and smart, all a recipe for them getting extremely bored sometimes. I was originally looking into buying one of those long lasting flavored bone toys but was afraid that my dog would try to eat it so it made more sense to just buy a digestible long lasting bone. I find the ones with the knots to work for him but they get nasty, slimy, and don’t last long enough for my dog. I have to say, this was a steal! Not only is the price fantastic but this was the first time my dog hasn’t absolutely demolished a thick chew bone in less that 24hrs. He even gets tired of it because it leaves his jaw sore! I’ve found that it has definitely alleviated his boredom when we’re off to work which was a concern of mine. I’m happy to know that I was able to provide him with something to do while we’re out :) (he has a friend but our chihuahua is 14 and has the attitude of an old tired man lol) anyways the quality of this bone is absolutely fantastic! Doesn’t get overly gross and slimy and will last my young avid chewer for quite some time :) no Throw up, diarrhea, or stomach aches so I can say that it’s easily digestible for my medium American 4 yr old staffie! I don’t recommend this product to smaller dogs. The size of this bone is about a medium and it’s VERY tough and has weight to it. Don’t underestimate it because of the price!

I got two of these, one was from a section of the bone where both ends were the same size, and the other was at the end of the bone with one end very large with thin bone and the other very small. My dogs can break pieces off of the thin bone so I had to take both bones away. It would be nice to have a choice of bone thickness at least. They are also very heavy and will definitely damage hardwood and possibly tile and should be used in a crate or outdoors only.They did last several hours, a record with these two, and are reasonably priced.

My dog absolutely loves her Cadet bone!! This is her most favorite chew bone along with her Lamby! This will keep her busy & entertain for hours! I have been buying these for her since she was a big pup! Have had no issues with the bones. Will continue too purchase these frequently! Thank u!!

We have purchased several if these over the last 8 months for our blue heeler pup. He's an aggressive chewers and has destroyed several chuck-it toys thus far. The bones have proven to be about 75% effective. They're keep him distracted and he really enjoys them. They're great value. Problem is, he's destroyed about 2-3 pit of the 8-10 we've purchased. Long lasting, if they don't crack or splinter. We do not leave him unattended with these, and always do random checks for hairline cracks, as those quickly become a choking hazard. I've had large chunks crack off, and I've had splinters or the entire thing cracks in half. If u see cracks, toss immediately. Do not wait for them to break off. We've had 2 that he's whittled down to nearly gone, I guess it's just luck of the draw. Shrugs. The one in photos was the most recent. I let him, supervised, lick the center treat out since it was only a few days old. Will be asking for a replacement or refund. Not sure if my dog is just that aggressive or if these bones just aren't suitable or quality control is weak.

Great bone at a good price. It hasn't split as of yet. My dog loves it. The flavor is good per my dog.

Been buying these for a while now, as my dog loves them! They are a little pricey, but even when he has the innards out, he still chews on them for days - helps keep his teeth clean. They don’t splinter or chip, so a very safe treat. And if you’re so inclined, you can mix up some dog safe peanut butter, coconut flour, and Knox gelatin, and re-stuff them….. I mix until a fairly stiff paste, blooming the gelatin first, and then freeze them in a gallon bag - it’s work, so I only do it occasionally, buying more is a lot more convenient!
