This heat pac is very well made. I have ordered this brand before and they last for years. Soft thick fabric and heavy enough to hold heat for a long time. Use this for relaxing back muscle pain. This is large enough to cover your whole back and works great to lay on in bed. Have tried other brands but this is the best.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I has good coverage. I've even used it to help keep warm when I'm cold and just lounging around the house.

I love it but the 2 pieces that come over your shoulders need to be longer. Then it would stay on, say if you stand up. I had one a long time ago that came down to mid chest in the front and 3/4 of the back. Wish I could find another.

The heat doesn't last as long as liquid packs, but surprisingly long for what it is. Just make sure you 'mist' the pack sufficiently to have the moisture in the pack get warm enough. . The smell is a bit strong right out of the pack for those of us with sensitive noses, but let it sit out for a few hours and it helps moderate the smell a lot to a more tolerable level. Be careful to let all the moisture out before putting it into an air tight storage pack. It'll mildew if you don't let it air out! I think these units are an amazing value for the price.

This is the second one I have purchased. The original walked off the premises in the arms of my oldest off-spring. I very much enjoy knowing that within minutes I will have a warm, moist comforting compress on my ache or pain. Popping it into the microwave, placing it directly on the source of discomfort, and feeling the penetrating heat surround the area is great. It has a subtle scent.
