Great Customer Service
Amazing (and unexpected) great customer service. I had an issue and reached out to CPAP Hero for help and their representative (Edward) has been outstanding. He (and the company) take customer service very seriously. I am so appreciative of their help.

Great for travel
So far so good! Purchased this for a 9 1/2 hour flight. I’m going on. Tested it at home made it through 6 1/2 hours sleep no problems and the next night only 2 1/2 hours before it died. I’m a little nervous about holding a charge.

Waste of money
I have taken this CPAP battery on 2 camping trips. The advertisement greatly overstates the battery run time. With the humidifier turned off, as suggested, the battery powered my CPAP for 18 hours on my first trip and only 12 hours on my second trip.

Best price
Amazons price was about $70 less than my respiratory Cpac supplier ,Seems to hold charge well, simple to use and hookup.Con: the adapter that connects to my Resmed C-pac doesn’t connect well. (Loose connection)Every time I use it with my cpac it starts working right away, then after about a minute my Cpac shuts off and says poor connection and it restarts automatically again just an odd twerk I think because of the connection. It’s very easy to use, you just connect and it works.

Works great for Air Sense 10 and other Android phone charging
160W Freedom battery rocks for running my Airsense 10. I used this for two nights after storms knocked out our power in Alabama for two days. It worked great for 8 hours of use on each night, kept my phone charged and still had 60% of its power left. I did have to turn off the dehumidifier and tube heating as they instruct. The Air Sense 10 would cut out and reboot ocassionally until I did so. Once I did so, the Air Sense 10 ran non stop on both nights.

couldn't tell any difference between battery and electric
I got 2 and 1/2 nights out of the first charge. That was a total of about 21 hours, I was expecting closer to 3 full nights but 2 nights is better than what I had. Will just have to charge after the second night.
