An excellent headset for Skype
Love this headset. Plugged dongle in and worked straight away. Got it for working from home and taking Skype conferencing. Fits my large head nicely - its a snug fit, but not too tight, and the more I use it the more I like it. Sound quality is excellent, as you would expect for a product costing more than £100) It actually has more range than I was expecting. Initially I thought I would be just be able to stand up and have a stretch, but as it turns out I can walk out of home office, go downstairs into the restroom, and have an extended "comfort break", all whilst on a conference call. An unexpected bonus, although usage of the mute button recommended in that particular scenario guys... I am getting good life off the battery, and the charging stand is very robust and holds the headset well. Basically a well thought out, high performing product.

Top notch
Bought this for my sister who - since lockdown - is in virtual meetings all day every day. I chose Sennheiser because I trust the brand. The pricepoint is high but the quality and businesslike look of the headset coupled with the brand assurance made it worthwhile (especially compared to some of the similarly priced tat I found available from other brands!) She has found it comfortable for long periods of wear and the sound quality as you'd expect is top notch. Worth it if you're doing a lot of work online.

Unfulfilled expectation
The product is good! Sound, comfort and design are all fine. The problem is the poor linkage to Windows 10. The conference calls I'm on frequently, the YouTube footage I need to watch; the streamed sports and films I watch ... this product crashes them all!

Worst Sennheiser headset I've tried
Before anything else I just want to say that I already own two Sennheiser headsets (USB) and a pair of in-ear headphones for the last few years and they are great. It's just that I wanted to get rid of some cables. Unfortunately this headset proved useless to me. I'm mainly using an iMac 5K (2015) and a MacBookPro so I didn't test them on a Windows machine. The main problem was a continuous hissing noise whenever the mic was opened. Either in a Skype call or just because I opened the mic settings window (either on system preferences or Skype preferences). I talked with the support but they weren't able to give a useful suggestion. For the second pair I had (because at the support's suggestion I ordered a replacement) the hissing noise level was lower but there was a metallic sound whenever I would speak into the mic. Another problem was that (especially when paired with their bluetooth dongle) the headset would get disconnected after putting it on the stand and the only way to get it reconnected was to unplug and replug the dongle. Also, they have some "smart" way of detecting if you're in a call or not which switches codecs. Unfortunately, this "smart" detection almost work after the firmware update (btw, the firmware update requires windows) . Before the firmware update it switched codecs while changing the mic volume, which led to a very interesting state where the music mode was active while in a call. For a minute or two , while that lasted, the headset was perfect. I also want to note I've tried everything I've found on their site, on forums or support suggested. For the life of me I cannot understand why can't they make a simple bluetooth headset without all these "smart" features. If they really want to automatically switch codecs (which I don't think it's of any use in my case) why not also provide a way to manually set it. In spite of the fact that, as I said, I own other Sennheiser products I think that after experiencing this "Pro" headset I'll keep away from Sennheiser for a while. Just as a side note: maybe it works better on Windows but that's not an acceptable option for me.

Nice but no good for what I wanted
Lovely soft leather etc, all good, but a) sound quality of the mic was not great, which is disappointing for such an expensive bit of kit from a top name supplier, b) connectivity was slightly flaky, would cut out, or not connect every now and then, I was moving between Mac and pc and it was hassle, and c) (this one not the fault of the kit) for chatting over zoom I like to hear myself as well as them, so covering both ears, especially with noise cancelling, felt too closed in and unreal. I prefer one ear free, or even both ears free and just a mic from ear to chin.

Great addition to my home office
Very comfortable to wear for long time with good sound quality. Up to 8 devices can be connected at the same time which makes it a good tool to have PC and phones working through the same device at the same time.

Comfortable and durable
Bought two of these, they are pretty resilient and durable, comfortable to wear, I use them every day for work, and also after work for Youtube audio. Highly recommended. The dongle isn't quite as durable as the headphones, but I think you can use any other Bluetooth dongle anyway. So it's not a huge problem, anyway, replacement dongles, seem to cost an arm and a leg so wouldn't want to buy another one.

Worst Bluetooth headset I have ever used
Just when you get them connected to a PC and start a meeting in Teams or Zoom or WebEx you hear that magic phrase "Phone 1 disconnected" and you can't hear the meeting recipients or speak to them or get these things to reconnect. It doesn't matter if it is a Mac or a PC or if you use built in Bluetooth or the dongle provided. Not the first time I have thrown these useless bits of kit across the office because they are so unreliable. I will stick to my older Plantronics headset as its rock solid, and I will be consigning these ones to the cupboard of useless or broken devices in the office.
