My mom used to make my little pastas when I was sick. I had to go gluten-free 19 years ago and thought I would never get to have little pastas again. To be honest, I hadn't looked for them over the years, but when I recently found these I was so excited! Now I get to share a bit of my childhood with my kids. They are so good! perfect for soups or to devour with a little butter and salt.

I have tried almost every other kind of gluten-free pasta, and this is by far the best! My whole family eats it without complaint. The texture, flavor, and consistency is wonderful.

I usually love jovial products but for some reason when i was cooking this pasta there was a weird coating almost like a slim while i was cooking it, once drained it went away but i was nervous to make it again because my next recipe called for me to put it directly in my soup and i didn’t want that to happen. Not sure if it was just me but if anyone has any tips please let me know!

These are spectacular and you would never know they are gluten free. Perfect size, taste and texture.

I love jovial brand pasta, it's my go-to gluten-free brand. I tried these little star shapes for soups, to see if the pasta would hold up in broth for a prolonged period of time. It did not. The soup became very gloopy

Finally found a replacement for Fideo pasta that is celiac friendly. The kids loved it. They are big critics too. Ages 3 and 8.

I never thought I would get to eat this type of pasta again when my body stopped tolerating gluten. I love adding these perfect tiny pastas to stews and I use it to make ”Penicillin soup”If you gluten free and curious, do try it. So delightful
