Excellent texture... I'm used to ginger having a lot of fiber to it. These are really nice.Bright and spicy flavor too. Highly recommend.

Some of the pieces taste great but most of the ginger chunks taste spoiled and rotten. Will not purchase again.

I have been eating ginger slces, preferably non crystalized for some time noe. This is the best product I have found. It consists of juicy chunks of ginger. My only problem is it's a bit pricey.

These are a good quality candied ginger-- soft, not stringy or fiborous, nice medium ginger flavor, not too hot/spicy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it's not organic.

Nice and soft but it had an odd off putting taste, and didn’t get a lot of ginger flavor. Maybe it’s the sulfur dioxide. Putting them in compost and will not order again.

Most ginger chunks are way too sweet for me these are perfect if you really want to taste the ginger

Just bought some unsulfered ginger by Nutty and Fruity at Costco for $7.89 for 32 oz! After reading these reviews I’ll run back there and buy more!
