There are studies and research that have shown positive effects on brain development for the baby in utero. The capsules were easy to swallow, and I took one once a day. There was no taste and I would say that the quality was overall very good. There were no negative side effects.

I would recommend these to most people, they do help with clear mindedness, though my other half discovered she could not tolerate them, and so it would be worth trying a smaller amount order first.I have had no issues,so the side effects are not always present, in fact I have had no side effects at all.
