Love it!
I have several Isley Brothers CDs including compilations but this is well worth the money. Some people on here will know far more than I do about the group and their music but I'm loving it and I'm only up to track 15 on the first cd.Wonderful music 😃

A very worthwhile compilation.
Oh boy....... so many Isley Brothers compilations from which to choose. This, believe it or not, is my THIRD such purchase, after "Forever Gold" and the 1997 "Greatest Hits" collection. It is a very decent double disc compilation, which brings in a bit from the early period, a lot of the extended seventies bedroomy ballads and grinding grooves, plus a few more recent songs. The monster tracks like "That Lady", "Summer Breeze" and "Fight The Power" are there in their full glory, along with the regular version of "Harvest For The World". Brilliant, but lesser-known tracks, like "Take Me To The Next Phase" are also there. The early period is featured with "Twist And Shout", "Shout", "This Old Heart Of Mine" and even one curiosity featuring Jimi Hendrix. However, i have decided to deduct a star for the staggering omission of "Highways Of My Life". How the compilers chose to omit this track is beyond sneaky. Hence my need to hang onto one of, or even both, the other Isley Brothers compilations i already possess!
