Shoulders are the hardest areas to ice. This ice pack wrap conforms to your body and stays very cold for a really long time. If you lie down, it conforms to the front of the shoulder area and that's where I need it, but you can also get up and move around if necessary. I can only use one arm to adjust the strap attachment, so I can suggest making the back strap as long as possible so you can attach the front strap with one hand. It's hard to explain. The straps can be pulled tight so it doesn't shift too much. I love how flexible it is. Great size, great quality. I have already recommended this to someone who will have shoulder surgery soon.

This is the best. I love this.Prior to my shoulder surgery I strapped this on and fell asleep.The weight of it was just right, and I found it comforting.Even when I woke up hours later, the material still felt cool to the touch.Also effective after my surgery, and still use it as I’m only a month out. Very helpful.

Product works well the cooling effect lasts for about 15 minutes. The sleeve is not difficult to get arm through although the first time or two I used with out putting arm through as it was very sensitive. Conforms to shoulder well Velcro strap easy adjustment. Cons takes a while to freeze and reuse

This is a quality product with good materials and can easily fit many (albeit primarily larger) body types. But a few things:1 - it just does not get very cold or stay cold for long. If you’re aiming for 20 minutes of solid cooling, you might get 10, and it’s just not a focused, strong ice pack. You’re better off buying a compression wrap and some gel ice packs2 - it is actually a fantastic brace. It’s a bit heavy, but if you’re looking for something to limit your range of motion and add some gentle cooling compression, it’s actually great. Although, it is pretty heavy, so consider that as well3 - I’m a 6’1” 190lb man and this thing barely fits on the tightest possible setting. If you’re smaller than that, then you might want to look into other options

This stays in place while wearing and sleeping. Not something you'd wear sleeping, but recovering from my surgery for a torn labrum and detached biceps its happened a few times. Very comfortable to wear. Stays cold for roughly 30-40 minutes. It doesn't feel big and bulky like several of the ones my doctor has issued to me.

The good:- freezes fast- stays cold for a while (30mins in 80°F room temp)- covers entire shoulderThe bad:- the arm part is a bit tight and made my hand numb from lack of circulation (my arm is about 16 inches around)- the quality is questionable (used it twice and the seams are already coming apart)

This thing is amazing. Read the instructions keep the bag that it comes in for storing it in the freezer and if you love it, buy a second one so you can switch them out, but it’s very convenient for just resting in the evening or even while working, if you work a desk job or even while running or walking if you suffer from shoulder pain. I love this ice pack. Its super easy to use feels great. Its perfect for me. The only issues I see are that it never gets SUPER cold, however it stays cold for quite a while. I just adjust and leave it on 10 more minutes and I put it directly on my skin. The material is really nice, strap is usual material, but not uncomfortable. Im a 6'1 and 196 pound who was an athlete all my life and it feels perfect. The reason I bring that up is that I think that some of the smaller or older folks, may find this a tad on the heavy side. Imo the weight helps keep that cold pressed up nicely against you. I Def recommend this. My shoulder dimensions were 1 inch over the max and I have zero issues with tightness or feeling like it doesn't fit. Its not the smallest ice pack either obviously, but it fits pretty easily because its flat. Def happy and wish I had had this years ago. Ive already told my friends about it and my Airrosti practitioner. Sincerely, it has made a difference in my life and I hope it does to yours too. Oh, and you kind of look like a gladiator.
