As a T2 diabetic, I've been hunting for sugar free alternatives for a while. I'm also pretty picky about flavors and things, so when I first tried Gatorade Zero (bottles) I fell in love with the grape flavor and buy it almost exclusively. The problem is, where I live only one store sells it, and they only sell the gross cherry flavor as the powdered option. It is regularly out of stock of all sugar free drinks, sodas and Gatorade, so I've been relying on picking it up when they get shipments in and it's this whole thing. I also want to cut down on my plastic waste, so I decided to try a single box of the grape flavor through Amazon. 10 packets for nearly $12!! But the reviews for this listing scared me, and I wanted to make sure the flavor was the same as the bottled drink first. Well, I liked that just fine, though it's a bit hard to get the water ratio right, and decided to take the chance on this listing. It's alot upfront at ~$25 but first thing I did was check every box to make sure all of the packets are sealed with no holes or anything. I also checked each packet to make sure they aren't clumpy or gross. A lot of reviews mentioned that these were nasty. I'm actually used to losing a packet or two from Crystal Light powder, because they have bad packaging and get clumpy or break open, even when I buy them at the store, so I was expecting to have some loss regardless. However, no a single one of my packets or boxes had any damage, broken packets or clumpy packets. In fact, the packaging seems to be improved, and very sturdy during my handling. If you like the single flavor, this is really the best possible option in price. At about 20 cents per drink, it blows the bottled price out of the water, while taking up significantly less storage space, and also significantly less plastic wastage. Super easy to pack for travel and all around a great product.

We've been loyal buyers of different flavors of Gatorade packets for some time now, although it was a little pricey then. But now that it has SKYROCKETED by about $20-$25, it's time to move on. Not sure why the prices went up by so much so quickly. I know inflation is impacting businesses but that is an excessive increase, even with inflation factored in. So long Gatorade, you've been tasty, but you're too much of an expensive taste to continue in good conscience....and reality. Hope to see you return back down to us lowly folks after your rocketing trip.

I was buying the 26 ounce bottles at the grocery store on sale for 3/$5.00 until I tried the powder. Such a better value with 10 packets per box. The grocery store prices vary greatly from what I found, from $3.48 to $3.99 per box. One popular Arizona grocery chain was charging over $8.00 per box. I don't know how they get away with that. Do people price shop anymore? Anyway, the selection at the grocery store is minimal at best. Usually I only find the Glacier Cherry, Orange, or Lime flavors. I have never seen Grape or the Fruit Punch yet, so hello Amazon! So this 120 packet deal is great. The Grape is my favorite flavor, so I'm glad I can get it on Amazon!
