Worked very well. I've been having trouble with what I thought was dry skin/scalp for a while. I kept having it behind my ears and other places. Then one day I saw white inside my ear. So I tried this and it cleared up the problem with my ears and my head. I can't be happier. The smell is not great but it's also not bad. The Head and Shoulders that I used to use was a worse smell. This worked so quickly and so well that I don't even mind that it isn't a fruity good smell that I would prefer. I'm just so glad my cracked dry ear problem is gone now! I started using this type of shampoo because I get dandruff some time and I wear braids a lot this helps remove residue and it’s cheaper than the stores. It’s jelly consistency so be careful and it smells like charcoal

Wow - You smell like you literally dipped your head in a pool of tar for DAYS after using this. That being said the itch stopped immediately. My hair was as dry and frizzy for days too. This is a few times a year shampoo for me. When my head itches for no apparent reason for days I may use this with the anticipation of smelling like I wolk in the tar pits, otherwise it will sit on a shelf for a bit.

Works wonders if you are fighting dandruff. It has a smell but just add some leave and conditioner I'll be fine. Doesn't dry my hair out. Healthy hair now. I was allergic to head and shoulders. Makes my hair feel soft and beautiful. I use every 2-3 days when I wash my hair.
