Ng Hock Eng Teluk Pulai Klang Bak Kut Teh signature brownish herbal broth has been around since 1978. Ingredients:1 sachet of Ng Hock Eng Teluk Pulai Bak Kut Teh spices (do not open the sachet)1.5kg - 2kg (3.3lbs - 4.4lbs) of meat cut into preferred size 3000ml (101oz) of water5 whole garlic4 teaspoons of dark soy sauce4 teaspoons of light soy sauce2 teaspoons of salt1 teaspoon of tapioca starch Instructions:1. Add 3000ml (101oz) of water, garlic and Teluk Pulai Bak Kut Teh spices sachet in a pot and cook on high heat for 20 minutes.2. Clean the meat and add into the pot and boil it. Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and salt and cook for 60 minutes in medium heat.3. Mix tapioca starch with a little bit of water in a small bowl and pour it into the pot. Stir evenly.4. Remove the spices sachet from the pot and it is ready to serve.
