I love this slicer. I slice large amounts of vegetables and fruits for my business and this was major change from using a knife or even a mandolin. Cut my processing time from hours to minutes.

Works well only problem is not made to use without putting pressure on the feed plate. Spring will not keep enough pressure on Material.

I got this as a gift for my Freeze-drying business. This thing is amazing! Cuts great, everything from squash, carrots, strawberries, and even grapes. Is adjustable for your thickness. And cleans like a dream, super easy to take apart for cleaning!

We have 4 border collies. Their treat of choice is thinly sliced, blanched, dehydrated sweet potatoes. They go through about 4-5 pounds per week. Slicing those things up was a pain and the uniformity was substandard. I tried a few different mandolins but sweet potatoes are pretty hard and that didn’t really work well. This thing plows through sweet potatoes effortlessly. Points off for the fact that this thing is quite big and therefore hard to store. The English language manual that came with it was pretty much incomprehensible.

It works really well. It's a nice product, good for slicing fruits, especially for oranges and limes.

Where has this been all my adult life! Great for making homemade potato chips, slicing for the dehydrator and/or freezer. I love this thing!
