Great remote
This smart remote works great. It’s so easy to pair to your tv, and the voice control works great. I really love the design of the remote and it fits right into your hand perfectly. I also really like the scroll button it has. It’s definitely a great remote.

Love the voice control!
Well we dropped the remote that came with our LG tv too many times so I had to buy a new remote and got this one! The price caught my eye and the voice control! Our other remote didn’t have the voice option and what a pain to sign onto tv apps, this works great! It was easy to set up and the preset buttons are all ones we use. So far it seems durable too since we broke our other one.

It works and easy to use.
They get 4 only because compared to the original remote, there is a slight delay (almost unnoticeable). Nevertheless, it is a great buy worth the money. It is my backup because I have family that places remotes literally everywhere. Was ready to go out the box and I personally would buy it again.

Perfect!
I needed this replacement so bad. My children broke the original and I was a little unsure how it would pair but it connected so quickly as it was such an easy setup. I had no issues and it works just a great as the original. The voice control also works great!

Battery dies quickly, and some functions do not work.
It works OK, however the backlight does not turn off until the battery dies (typically in less than a week), and the remote pickup backlight feature does not work; I tried adjusting settings, but nothing worked. The Netflix button is incredibly annoying (I don't even watch Netflix), and I wish it could be customized. 3-star rating since certain stated functions do not work, but the remote functionality is enough for basic use.

A good product
Why did you pick this product vs others?:While this is not the LG branded remote it works exactly like the original and at half the cost of buying from an authorized dealer!! Well worth the money.
