These had clasps that attach to the sock. Unfortunately, they rub your leg raw. Would not recommend. It is too late to get my money back.

It's one of the better ones I've tried. I really like how it feels & holds its adjustments. Only reason why I had to remove a star is because it tends to get caught up if you slide the teeth all the way to the top like when wearing longer socks.
