200 Degrees, Mellowship Slinky Decaf Coffee (250)

We all have different tastes and this one sounded like it would tick all the boxes for me for decaf, but sadly won't be my go to.Would I buy this again? Probably not.Would I drink it again? Yes, absolutely.That might sound like a contradiction, but actually it's a nice coffee if you like a slightly darker deeper taste with a hint of bitterness than I prefer. I like a more mellow medium roast that's not very bitter or sour. It has a nice depth of flavour, if not a bit too intense for me. Changing the water to coffee ratio to reduce the depth ends up in something that's too weak and watery.If you like a stronger deeper coffee flavour that's got hints of dark chocolate then this may be for you. It sadly isn't for me, but a nice coffee none the less. If I were served it at a coffee shop or friends house I'd have no complaints, but for my daily go-to where I will drink 3 large cups, I want a coffee that ticks the boxes of my personal preferences moreso
